POLICIES

Liability Waiver: In connection with my involvement in workshop at Sip, Sparkle & Design, I hereby release Sip, Sparkle & Design, its agents, representatives, successors, or assignees, Sip, Sparkle & Design management and employees, from all liabilities, actions, claims, damages, demands, costs, and expenses which I am now or in the future have against them, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in jewelry workshops, including enroute to or from the program or its related events. I understand that the waiver includes, but is not limited to, all injuries to me and or loss of injuries to any personal property. I also understand that this waiver includes, but is not limited to, any claims that are based on my alleged negligence or any other action or inaction of any of the above parties.

 

Registration Policies: COST AND PAYMENT: Full workshop payment is required to secure placement in any workshop. Workshops are filled on a first come, first served basis until full.

SIP, SPARKLE & DESIGN MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNTS AND PRIORITY REGISTRATION: Members are given a 10% discount on all workshops. Members also receive priority registration.

Cancellation Policies

WORKSHOP REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: 

All public workshops require pre-registration. Payment in full is due when you register for any public workshop. We encourage you to sign up early. 

Workshops may be canceled due to low enrollment. We must have a minimum of 5 paid registrations in order to move forward with any public or private Sip, Sparkle & Design event.  In the event a workshop is canceled for low enrollment, full refunds will be issued. 

If Sip, Sparkle & Design cancels the workshop for any reason, full refunds will be issued. 

 

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER: 

Sip, Sparkle & Design rarely cancels workshops/private workshops or for weather. If a workshop or private workshop is canceled, we will notify the enrolled attendees by phone and email given as soon as possible. The decision to cancel workshops will be made by 3 p.m. the day before a scheduled workshop if possible. With regard to public workshops, we will list cancellation on all our social media platforms, which consist of Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.  

The website will also be updated. 

 

 

GROUP EVENT CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

A 30% Deposit is due at the time of booking to officially reserve the date. If the client should cancel the reservation less than two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the start date of the event, it will result in the forfeit of the 30% deposit. If Sip, Sparkle & Design cancels the event for any reason, full refunds will be issued including the 30% deposit.

PHOTO RELEASE: I AGREE to give Sip, Sparkle & Design permission to use photographs, videos or audio recordings of myself or my child for any Sip, Sparkle & Design Workshop promotional materials. I understand that my child will not be identified by name, nor will any compensation be extended for such use.
