How can I cancel my subscription:
We pride ourselves in making cancellations as simple as possible. You can cancel your subscription from your account page, or simply by emailing us at email@example.com. We will not try to make you stay, but welcome any feedback in making Your Bijoux Box better. Please simply cancel your subscription up to the last day of the previous month. If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel the August subscription box any time before the end of July. If you have, for example, a 3 month subscription for January, February and March, you can cancel it any time until the end of March, before we charge you at the beginning of April for April, May and June.
When will I receive my swanky box
3-5 days after you are billed your Swanky Box will be mailed. We will send you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your box!
Subsequent boxes will ship out mid-month!

The Swanky Box is a month-to-month subscription service.
Billing will occur every month on the date you signed up. When you initially sign up, you will be billed immediately for your first swanky box and can expect to receive your box in 5-7 days. Remember you can skip or cancel at any time.
You can cancel your subscription by going to your PayPal account and managing your subscriptions or you can email us at and let us know you want to cancel and we will immediately cancel your subscription and send you a confirmation.
At this time all boxes come with earrings but you can request clip-ons and we will definitely try to accommodate based off current inventory. Please leave a note during check out or again please email me directly: with your request.
You will be billed for your first box with your initial purchase when you sign up. Starting with your second box, you will be billed on the 1st of each month going forward, and our boxes will start shipping around the 15th of the month. You will not be billed for the next box until after the box from the current month has been shipped/delivered.You will receive a reminder email 3 days prior to billing. Your subscription will auto-renew each month unless you decide to cancel.
