I want you to love your new handmade piece! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, I will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 5 days of receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping to return ANY items.
Each piece is handmade so please expect slight variations in color and details that are a result of the handcrafted nature of each piece of jewelry. Slight imperfections are not to be considered defects but as I say...they add to the uniqueness of the designs.
Please keep in mind that you are purchasing 1:1 pieces that I consider “Wearable Art”. Each item is handmade with love and soul.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. You should see the credit back to your credit card in 3-5 business days, depending on how fast your bank is.
If the original payment method is unavailable, the return will be issued as store credit in the form of an online gift card. Shipping costs are not refundable at this time, and Swanky Designs is not responsible for return shipping costs.
When returning items, please package them in a box and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Returning the items in the box you received them in works perfectly! Swanky Designs will not be responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way. I have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet my return policy requirements. I am not responsible for tracking your return, and am unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.
All custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Orders typically ship within 5-7 Business days of being placed.
