Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am – 3pm with the exception of holidays. All orders received after 3pm will be processed the following business day.

To qualify for free shipping, you must purchase a total of $50.00 of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling.  Free shipping is available in the United States only.


**Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance etc.**


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advise you to please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. 



The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tarriffs after the package has been accepted there.  We are not responsible for these additional costs.  The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment.  


**Currently due to COVID-19 the USPS has been very backlogged with processing times.

International orders are currently taking up to 3-4 weeks.**

I want you to love your new handmade piece!  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, I will exchange  unworn pieces in their original condition within 5 days of receipt.   It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping to return ANY items.

Custom pieces are final sale

Each piece is handmade so please expect slight variations in color and details that are a result of the handcrafted nature of each piece of jewelry. Slight imperfections are not to be considered defects but as I say...they add to the uniqueness of the designs.  

Please keep in mind that you are purchasing 1:1 pieces that I consider  “Wearable Art”.  Each item is handmade with love and soul. 



When returning items, please package them in a box and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Returning the items in the box you received them in works perfectly! Swanky Designs will not be responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way. I have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet my return policy requirements. I am not responsible for tracking your return, and am unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.

All custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 5-7 Business days of being placed.
