HOW TO APPLY:
If you are interested in carrying Swanky Designs in your boutique, please complete form listed under wholesale tab with requested information. I try to review and respond to request as quickly as possible, usually within 3-5 business days, once approved, you will receive login information that will allow you to access my online wholesale catalog where you may place orders at your convenience. At this time I am only able to offer my newest collection (SPRING 2020) wholesale but will be adding additional items as quickly as possible.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers receive wholesale trade pricing, plus the cost of shipping.
The recommended retail price of my products (the “RRP”) is the minimum price for which you are permitted to sell Swanky products without my express prior permission in writing. You may sell my products for a price in excess of the RRP, but you are not permitted in any circumstances to sell any products for less than the RRP without my express prior written permission.
A minimum order of $100 is required for opening orders, plus shipping. Initial orders must be paid in full with credit card or PayPal before you will be put on my production schedule. Should there be additional shipping charges for any reason, I will send a digital invoice for the additional charges that must be paid before shipment.
Custom designs, whether for jewelry, home and/or apparel, are available with pricing dependent on the scope of the project. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. (please indicate wholesale request in subject line)
REORDERS & READY-TO-SHIP:
All subsequent orders have a minimum re-order amount of $50 plus shipping which must be paid in full at time of order.
READY TO SHIP
Wholesale customers also have access to ready to ship items listed in the retail section of my website at wholesale prices.
Send email to sales@myswankydesigns with items requesting and I will provide price quote and invoice if needed. These items allow you to quickly add to your display with products that offer immediate shipment and quick delivery.
Opening order must be paid in full by credit card or PayPal.
Reorders must be paid in full before shipment.
FABRICATION & LEAD TIME:
Once your order is received it will be reviewed and you will be contacted to confirm the details and given an estimated ship date. I do everything I can to provide you with an accurate estimate. The usual lead time for wholesale orders is 10 day larger orders may require a longer lead time. Orders placed during busy seasons are also likely to have longer lead times. Due to the nature of my one-of-a-kind, artisan made production process, lead times may also change unexpectedly. While unlikely to happen, I would communicate any changes to you promptly.
I may also, at times, have items in stock that can ship very quickly. Rush orders may require an additional processing fee.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority shipping from Delran NJ. Expedited shipping methods and other carriers may be used at retailer's expense.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact within five days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Please note that this says, "within five days of receipt" NOT "within five days of opening". This means that if you receive your order, but do not open it for six days and it is damaged, you will not be able to return it. Please keep all packaging, including packaging materials, even if damaged, while we process your return. Returned merchandise will be repaired or replaced with new merchandise if unable to be repaired. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt or if returned without contacting us to report damage or defects as outlined above. Retailer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Your wholesale order is made for your boutique once it is ordered, therefore merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. I only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
All orders come with Swanky Designs packaging.
Care and information cards for specific designs will also be included as needed.
Due to the handmade nature of my design process and the materials I use in my designs, no two items will ever be exactly the same. The items shown on my website are a close representation of the finished items you will receive.
Retailers are not permitted, under any circumstance, to display and/or sell my designs, whether on their premises or elsewhere, without the packaging/labeling provided and/or to represent themselves or any other entity as the creator and/or designer of my products, in whole or in part.
It is illegal to provide misleading, false or fraudulent information to establish a wholesale relationship and receive discounted prices for anything other than resale purposes.
